EXHIBIT AND POSTER SCHEDULE
In-Person Booth SPECS: CHI will provide a skirted 6’x 30” exhibit table, 2 chairs and one wastebasket. Information for ordering will be provided in your exhibitor kit, available 8-10 weeks before the Summit.
Please note that this is a conference-driven event. The exhibit hall is open during the hours listed below. The dedicated viewing times reflect those times when there is a break in the conference session rooms.

Exhibit Hall open from 3:25 - 6:45pm
10:30am - 3:00pm Exhibitor & Poster Set-up
3:25 – 4:15pm Grand Opening Refreshment Break

Wednesday, October 21

*EARLY BREAK-DOWN: Exhibitors must breakdown their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Conference Organizer. Exhibitors that break-down prior to this pre-determined time will pay an early break-down penalty fee.
